  • Calendar & Contact Integrations: With permission, we may access your calendar invites, event metadata, and contact lists to improve context and relevance
  • Meeting Data: Audio, transcriptions, summaries, participants, action items, and linked documents
  • Support & Communications: Any feedback, survey responses, or interactions with our support team

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and interactions within the app
  • Service Events: Session duration, feature usage, drop-offs, and key actions
  • Cookies & Tracking Tech: We use cookies and pixel tags for analytics, session persistence, and performance improvement

C. Information from Integrated Platforms

If you connect Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Slack, or other services, we may collect information such as:

  • Meeting attendees, times, links, chat transcripts
  • Email metadata (e.g., subject lines, sender, recipient, timestamps—not message bodies unless explicitly permitted)
  • Contacts and calendar event data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Data to:

  • Deliver and maintain the Services
  • Generate searchable transcripts, summaries, and recall timelines
  • Surface relationship intelligence (who said what, when, and how often)
  • Enable integrations with your calendar, contacts, or CRM

We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.

  • For longer periods when necessary for backup, training, or compliance (in anonymized or aggregated form)

Users can delete account data manually, or by emailing privacy@tellar.ai. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to certain types of data use
